I am a pretty big fan of Google; however I had to learn the hard way that Google maps isn't for me. The last time I used Google Maps for directions it took me to the wrong destination, and the time before that Google Maps didn't inform me about a freeway exit that I needed to watch for in order to stay on the freeway I needed to be on, resulting in the missing of the exit and having to backtrack.
Being the good customer that I am I informed Google's Map Team of the problem in order to get it fixed. It has been several months and they have done nothing correct the problem.
I have since checked the same directions for Bing Maps and they are correct. I would have gotten to my destinations with no hiccups had I used them in the beginning. Not to mention that Bing Maps has a nicer looking User Interface.
Way to go Bing you got a new Maps customer, however I will continue to use Google's Search, Email, and Voice services which are awesome (far superior to Bing's).
